Dorado Mahi Mahi 2 sizes

We have two sizes of mahi-mahi or dorado as they are called in South Africa – the medium is 80cm long, 34cm from dorsal fin to pectoral fin and 5cm depth, representing a 5 kg catch and left facing

The larger one measures 130cm x 52cm x 8cm, representing a catch of 13Kg and faces right.

There are several different shades and colours to choose from, because the mahi-mahi is such a colourful fish, with differing colours from region to region.
