Barracuda Fish Replica

Our Barracuda fish replicas are handmade from fiberglass and are half-mount wall mounts.  Handpainted by airbrush to create detail and this means life-like color and realistic looking fish replicas. This is a Barred Barracuda, and has fantastic scale detail.

Dimensions

Our Barracuda fish replica is 88cm / 35″ in total length from tip to tail, 20cm or 8″ at it’s widest point. It hangs about 1 1/4″ or 3.5cm from the wall.  It has sharp doglike teeth and is handcrafted and handpainted with care to detail.

This barracuda fish replica is Right facing. The fish replica is easy to wall mount and is fitted with a sturdy D shackle, which makes hanging this beauty as easy as hanging a picture.

We fit all our replicas with a taxidermy quality Glass eye.  We paint with weather-resistant paint, airbrushed by our artists for detail and our aim is to capture the fish as it looks in the water, alive and sparkling. Our artists are keen underwater enthusiasts.

The finish is protected with a UV resistant clear coat, and as a result, this creates a product that is durable and wipable.  We paint the backs of the fish black.

Found singly or in small schools over murky muddy bottoms of coastal waters and estuaries.
Widespread Eastern Atlantic, Western Atlantic, Caribbean.   Barracudas are large and torpedo-shaped with an awesome array of teeth. They can be quite curious, and are known to approach divers – but are relatively harmless to divers!
