Description

This replica mahi-mahi or dorado, as it’s known in South Africa, is a medium specimen, measuring  80cm long, (31.5 “), 36cm (13.5 “) from dorsal fin to pectoral fin, and 3cm (1 ” ) deep,  and it represents a catch of approx 5 Kg, (11lbs).  This particular mahi-mahi is painted in darker shades of blues and greens and yellows, and is very striking.

Like all of our replica fish, this one is crafted with care by hand, from top-quality fiberglass and using a high detail mold. It is then airbrushed and finished with a glossy topcoat. The paint is durable and UV resistant.

The piece is lightweight, durable, and washable.

It is fitted with a strong D shaped hanger to enable easy mounting on a wall.
