Description

This replica mahi-mahi or dorado, as it’s known in South Africa, is a large specimen, it measures  130cm long, (51 inches), 53cm (20.5 “) from dorsal fin to pectoral fin and 8cm (3 ” ) deep,  and it represents a catch of approx 13 Kg, (28 lbs).  It is Right Facing. This particular mahi-mahi is painted in shades of blues and high gloss yellows that give the dorado it’s name ( dorado means golden in Spanish)  and is spectacular, particularly the flecks.

Like all of our replica fish, this one is crafted with care by hand, from top-quality fiberglass with fine detail and high gloss finishes. The paint is durable and UV resistant. The piece is lightweight, durable and washable.

It is fitted with a strong D shaped hanger to enable easy mounting on a wall.
